How long will it take to ship my order?
Once your payment is accepted our team processes all within 24 business hours and items are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.
When will I receive tracking information?
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number where you will be able to follow at all times where your order is.

Orders within Europe usually take between 8-14 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.
Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please bear in mind that in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
In order to offer free shipping worldwide and avoid custom retentions if you have more than one item from different products, its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code and tracking number

Refunds & Returns
All Sale Items, Discount Items or Items subject to promotions cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
We strictly do not accept "change of mind" refunds or returns and they will only be accepted under some circumstances.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
Refunds are available for all full-priced items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by LE BALINA STORE will not be issued a refund. We do not accept returns on earrings for sanitary reasons.
We do not accept returns on swimwear that has been worn for sanitary reasons.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please follow the steps below to ensure that you can receive compensation.
If you receive an item that is clearly damaged or faulty, you should take photos showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible. Our policy states that this needs to be done within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at email@example.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
In case you have placed a wrong order or address you will have 24 hours to cancel or change it. Once we have shipped the order we won't accept cancellations until your item has been delivered in which case refunds/exchange will be processed only under specific circumstances listed above.
Will I be charged Customs and Import Duties?
In some circumstances the addressee may be responsible for import duties and taxes on their parcel. This may be required due to the countries customs regulations and government’s policies. This is a responsibility of the receiver. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately we have no control over these changes or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
